So in the customized version of this message, we include your first name, and we also give them your website address for CTS, or whatever program you are promoting. We give them a choice of pressing three for more information, or if they prefer, they may go directly to your website at…We give them the website, we spell out each word, and we give it to them again.

800 Link Closing Message – The third message is the closing greeting. When you customize the closing greeting, we add your name to the message, we tell them that you will be the person who will get in touch with them, and we tell them the area code of the number that they will see when you call them. This increases the number of people that will take your call.
